As far as a replacement for peanut butter this stuff is fantastic. But compared to other brands of powdered pb, this stuff isn't the best. I think that the original pb2 has a much better taste for some reason. There is a slight hint of bitterness to the taste of this product. Its good to mix in with protein shakes, but there are better options out there.
