i popped some clomid last night to help the atrophy out... my dicks been up since then. i think someone mixed up my batch of clomid with viagara. then again i did cry at the end of the movie i watched. so it may be both

im currently 190lb at a bit over 5 foot 11 inches.
I would like to get to 110lbs with the test/deca cycle and then switch the deca for tren to really tighten up at that weight.

I actually have never tried deca but have been wanting to for a while.
Just last week I brewed 200ml of deca & 200ml of test e. Both at 250mg so there is no way im just goin to let all that deca go to waste.

Ok with my experience with home brew.... I like powders 100% better. As long as you find a legit source. I'm sure you have looked up and done melting test for all your stuff.
I think You should try the new tren and let me know how it works for you. It was probably a little dirty coming from pellets. But who knows maybe it's just the way you react to tren.
But try this stuff if it does come back. It's what I use on my chest and shoulders.

Anyways to everyone else that has supported me on here while I've been competing, I'm 3 days out from The Heart of Texas!
I've carb depleted the last three days and tomorrow I get to carb up and cut water back!!
I am leaner and bigger than I was at Europa!
I now have about a half inch of separating between my top abs!

Yeah... That photo doesn't do me justice, I'm a big boy! 6' even and 193 at 5% is pretty stacked.
But by April of this next year I'll be 220 at 6%

Earliar you said that you don't dead lift Cus you've been getting to thick around the waist. Hot does that correspond to dl? Sorry if it's a dumb question but I've been dead lifting a lot recently and noticed I have been gaining some size around the waiat

Well I do deadlift... Just not as often! It's probably my favorite lift! I would do it twice a week if I could! Some people say it widens your hips... I cut it out the last two months prepping for these shows, and I've notice my waist has gotten a lot smaller. But I also have lost a lot of fat! I know in my offseason I will definitely be doing it every week!

too big? or disproportionately "too big"? as in arms too big for your upper body, or upper body overshadowing the lower body etc etc? Unless it was a fitness competition for men, I'm not sure how you could be too big, sounds weird.

I competed in physique. So they don't look at legs. And the head judge said my shoulders were to over powering and I need to tone them down a lot!

I think you're right SB. I'm gonna go hard in the gym and just get as big as I can! I want my ****ing traps growing out of my ears. So maybe physique isn't the right thing for me!

oh shyt, yeah then that is the problem :D I didn't know it was in that type of competition lol. yeah your delts and your arms are pretty big, too big for that type of competition. better to compete in something more straight up bodybuilding for you....you too big guy you :D....
 
don't they have a classic bodybuilding class? they do in holland. You would definitely win...

Great job BigTex!! It seems in many of the physique shows, I've been hearing about guys being too conditioned, crap. My brother just did a few shows in Arkansas, Invalid Link Removed
He won the regular division, as well as the masters division but placed 2nd in the overall. The overall winner had competed in the bodybuilding show, but I'm not sure where he placed in the bodybuilding show.

I've got a question about var. I picked up some 25mg capsules for a female friend but I've been reading many threads about 20mg max. Any ideas? Take one every other day or every two days. This will be her first cycle.

Yeah physique is so new no one really know what they are looking for! Lol

And on the var 25mg would be fine for her, I have a girl that competes in bikini and I get her the 50mg tabs and she just breaks them in half and takes a half a day. And she hasn't had any bad sides. She is hard as a rock too! She just won 3rd this weekend.
 
Feel amazing!! Killed my upper chest today!! I've gained almost 20lbs since the comp.

I'm definitely upping my carbs intake a lot. I'm doing full bulk but I'm doing 40 min of cardio in the AM to keep some fat off. Basically this will allow me to keep some of my abs and keep vascular.
