Look at the picture of my progress sheet... I gain size on my chest, shoulders, legs and calves. My waist went down 4in my bf went from 12+ to 5.3 two days before the show before I dehydrated. And my arms stayed the same size but got cut up.... And I weighted 196
Soooo saying you can't do that much cardio.... Is wrong because I proved it wrong! And so does every pro!

5: 40 min. 3 times a week
6: 40 min. 4 times a week
7: 40 min. 5 times a week
8: 50 min. 5 times a week

Never go over an hour of cardio in one session. If you happen to plateau, have two sessions of cardio in a day.

Just because his metabolism, drug/fat burner use allowed him to "supposedly" do no cardio and get into contest shape, doesn't mean YOUR metabolism, and "supplementation" will.

And Steve Kuclo also believes you can grow into a show. It's called drugs.
 
And it's actually documented in studies that fasted cardio doesn't burn more fat than when you eat before you do cardio. So you don't need to do cardio at 5:30 :D

Do Anavar for three weeks drop then no orals for 2 weeks, in the mean time get some winstrol! Take that after the two weeks. It will help tighten and cut up with out the water retention! And you'll be set to have all the ladies wetting their panties!!

Cals in cals out. Period. 3 or 6 meals it don't matter. If you're eatin 4k cals eating 6 times a day is more practical than sitting down and eatin 1300 calories of clean food at once.... Unless you like the bloated look.

I said read the article in ironman that he's on the cover of. He said he did no cardio to get in shape for the photo shoot. I'm not talking of when he competed. So quit putting words in my mouth. And your girl can't be on anabolics forever lol. Gotta be natty sometime.
