Chicks on anavar, clen and wanting to do win!

I hate the fckin gummy life savers...I buy one pack of OG, one pack of sour, and one pack of wild berry every time I shop....KNOWING that i will snack on them and eat calories/carbs I don't need....but I buy them anyways....why????....

holy **** i got the All reds: sour gummi life savers the other day... that **** litterly blew my mind
 
yeah the sour are the best i think.....they added orange to the OG, which I was not happy about. I like grapes, reds, watermelon, apple....not a fan of orange or lime...i just make a protein scoop full of the oranges, and when I run out of the others? I eat them until I get more LMFAO :D

Well I didn't win but my best friend did... Which is the best alternative to me winning! There was 100 guys in my division!!
I've put in some stupid hard work and I'm gonna keep cutting up!! I'm doing The Heart of Texas in 3 weeks! I just got some Dermatherm in and T3 in so hopefully that will cut me up even more!
I got Tons of free ****... Like 400 dollars worth!
Got to pump up with branch warren... Which was the ****!!! Meet a lot of new people, watched the bikini models get naked back stage, dehydrated the **** out of myself! And had blast!
Give me some feed back on my pictures!

Damn bro.... Take it easy! Go to Walmart get some Epson salt, pedialyte and jello!
Take a hot bath and put 1/4 of the bag of salt in there. Drink the pedialyte before the bath then eat the jello after!

I'll remember that. This is the second time this has happened. I'm good now though. Gonna get back to it Monday hopefully. two weeks out of the gym is rough.

She has a damn good diet too.... And I don't care what anyone says... I did cardio twice a day!
Once in the morning for an hour before I ate... Then after I pumped the iron for 30 min at night.
And I got cut up! So in pretty sure it works when I'm at 196 and 5.3% bf

I agree with the caloric deficit burning fat....and I like to add in high rep sets of say 18-25 reps or more to get that cardio effect during a weight lifting workout....I think cardio probably speeds the process up, but then again don't eat too much and you don't need to speed it up much right? :D

Agreed - a lot of over thinking. Your body adapts to what you make it do. But a lot of cardio will teach your body to keep mass off to a certain degree as well - so finding balance for yourself is the key - IMO
 
that is what worries me about cardio, burning off muscle... or your body not accruing proper muscle mass due to the cardio...those types of "bad things" that may be happening. I say control yourself and don't overeat, and eat the proper calories/macros....and add in high rep sets of weights if you want to, in order to get your heart rate up.

Rich Gaspari gets in contest condition with NO cardio. Read the ironman he is on the cover of. I can guarantee you if you weren't on test you would lose muscle. There is no reason to do 1.5 hrs of cardio. Specially only doing physique where you don't need to be 2%. 1/2 hour is sufficient to keep the metabolism elevated throughout the day.

Jay, Phil, Kia, BRANCH, Kuclo all the big names on the stage right now do cardio for contest prep and in the off season! Have you done a physique show? Because I'm pretty sure my best friend Evan Stokes that won 1st in the show was at 3% bf the day of. Half an hour is not enough. I eat six meals a day so my diet is right on for that much cardio.
Plus we are talking about the girl here... She doesn't want to have a bunch of muscle, she has plenty of it actually, she just wants to be super lean.... so 1.5 hours of cardio is just fine for her and me!

Mr. Olympia runner up 3 years in a row. The only person who beat him is 8 time Olympia champion Lee Haney. Pretty big accomplishment. Don't diss the Dragon Slayer. She can do 1.5 hrs. It's just not necessary. That's all I'm sayin.

Old fashion how...... Please do explain! Because right now you have no facts on that! And if it is in fact old fashion then why is every pro still doing it... I want you to go to you tube and look up Jeff Dwelle and Steve Kuclo... Jeff is actually my trainer and he trained Steve. So tell me again how six meals a days is old fashion?!
And you think you can get down to 3% cardio with out doing an hour+ of cardio a day then please start a log and do it! Bc I would love to not wake up at 5:30 am and sit in that efing stairmaster for an hour!

And thanks for the complement I have spent hours and hours doing cardio to get in this shape!

Oh no doubt... But still every single big name today, which we do have better technology and knowledge on the human body and on Drugs than ever before, does cardio for contest prep!
I've watched Branch get ready for shows and I've talked with him one on one several times. He wakes up and does cardio first thing! Even in the off season.

Maybe that much cardio is needed in HER situation, or other peoples situations. I know MANY people who end up doing 2 a day sessions towards the end of prep.

Stop talking in absolutes. Things like "It's just not necessary." "you will lose muscle" is your opinion not fact.

How much cardio you can get away with/need is going to depend on a multitude of other factors.

8: 50 min. 5 times a week

Never go over an hour of cardio in one session. If you happen to plateau, have two sessions of cardio in a day.

Just because his metabolism, drug/fat burner use allowed him to "supposedly" do no cardio and get into contest shape, doesn't mean YOUR metabolism, and "supplementation" will.
