Ok...me and my mother went out to get some chicken breasts. I wanted to buy a bag of boneless, skinless chicken breasts. But, my mother said it was too expensive so she said to buy just a pack of fryer chicken breasts with bone and skin. I told her that it would have different nutritional values even if we took out the bone and skin but she disagreed. Is she right? Is there some way where I can find the amount of calories, protein, and carbs in this chicken without having to buy a bag with the nutrition label on it?
