Chest problem

I worked chest slot in the past and favored it a ton and it grew pretty large I feel when I lift on chest no matter how hard I loft I can't get a good pump in my chest and my boobs seem to get softer while I work hard on them and ideas what will help me?
 
Can you give an idea on a week by week chest training? Maybe youre overtraining?
 
Right now it's chest twice to three times weekly five sets each incline dumbbell dumbbell bench then decline dumbbell to flys to just a light bench burn out
 
Cut it down to 2 sessions per week. Maybe have a deload week too first.

Also, you only do two exercises? What about cable flyes or smith press? How about reverse grip barbell? And you cant deny dips are like squats for pecs.
 
deload for a week, cut sessions down to 2 a week, switch up your reps. try some pre exhaust moves first, add in some drop sets or super sets
 
Good point. Vary your rep ranges and tempo every few weeks.
