I´ve been "fortunate" enough to be one of those people that when they get the slightest amount of fat on their bodies, they seem to get most of it stored on their chest.
This has always been the case with me.
I have at times in my life been down to a bodyfat % so low that it looked sick, even then i had some fat on my chest.
This has been a pretty big "annoyance" for me, for a long time.
I know the spot reduction thing is probably far fetched and pretty much a myth but....
I´m just wondering if there is ANYTHING you could do to make it look less, or something...
I just have to add that in my first years of weightlifting i never worked the chest because i was afraid that it would get even bigger...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
