Does anyone know the preferred ratio for bench and row?

Based on what it says for shoulder flexion/ extension and shoulder IR/ER, I think you can assume that pull to push is 1:1. But, since most people have a forward shoulder deviation because everyone is bench crazy, I usually reccomend something more like 3:2 pull to push.
