Chemical formula of "Epithio" type hormones

I have a question about the diference between the various chemical formulas that I see on the products out there with the "epithio" on the lable. What is the diference in the terms of the anabolc efects that a "epithio" like 2a, 3a Epithio-17a-Methyl-17b-Hydroxy-5a-Androstane has to another like 2a, 3a-Epithio-17a-Methyl- 5a-Androstan-17b-Ol?

They're the same.

17b-hydroxy & 17b-ol are synonyms, just listed in a different order in the nomenclature.

So it's like the etioallocholanol is a synonym of 5a-Androstane (wich i usually see in other labels of "epithio" stuff)?
