checking liver enzymes and blood pressure

If I wand to check liver enzymes and blood pressure before, during and after cycle I'm wondering the procedure.

Blood pressure I understand I can do myself.

Do I HAVE to get stuck with a needle to check my liver? Any way around this?

Also are there other things I may want to check before during and after cycle? Cholesterol? Anything?

You have to have bloods and that involves a needle yes

May as well be safe and get a CBC and platelets if you are going to get a blood test.
