Just wanted y’all opinion. This is recent with no gear or supps. Doctor says free test is a little low but total is too high to give me anything which is fine. But curious on what you guys think and tips on optimizing things

Free test is low because SHBG is high. You aren’t in need of TRT. Google ways to lower SHBG. Doing this will improve libido amongst other thinks.

Thanks. I was also concerned that my cortisol was high thinking of trying a blocker
