Age: 35
Height: 5'9"
SW: 176
CW: 158
GW: 153ish
Body fat was 17-18% at 163

I assume sedentary life style for calculating maintenance calories just to make it a bit tougher for weight loss.
Assume goal of about 1600 calories/day for 500 calorie deficit to lose weight.

Diet:
AM: 1 large whole egg with 2 egg whites and a little light shredded cheese
1 to 1.5 cups of mixed fruit

Late morning: Voskos Greek yogurt. It's about 120 calories for good size yogurt and 12 grams protein

Lunch: Either Subway, Togo's, or make sandwich for about 550 calories
maybe a few pop or baked chips
babybel mini cheese

Dinner: Generally some homemade chicken tacos, chicken meal, fish, turkey, etc...
Side of sweet potato, or potato

Snack: Maybe some light popcorn, another mini cheese, some carrots,

1 extra O.N. protein shake if I am too far under on calories due to elliptical training.
 
Try substituting bonless skinless chicken or turkey breast for lunch or dinner and ditch the subway if your trying to cut up more
