warm up-5 reps of 225lbs
3 sets of 2 reps at 315lbs
3 sets of 2 reps at 365 lbs
1 set of 2 reps at 385lbs
Deadlifts-
warm up 235lbs x5
7 sets of 2 reps at 325lbs
1 set at 1 rep of 415lbs
Hyper extension

cable pull through

felt great doing this routine , let me know what you guys think of day one thanks, i might make a log, still putting the rest of the routine together, its got some west side barbell in, thanks:dance:
