I recently ran out of my stash of Defuse. Are there any products on the market that can mitigate the damage from cheat meals and occasional alcohol consumption?
I prefer DCP (literally called Damage Control Protocol) for cheat meals and Slintensity for high carb situations in general, and not just post workout. At this point I'm basically skeptical of any supplement manufacturer or designer that doesn't specifically address bioavailability issues... Which is why I stick with evomuse as much as I can. Flexit still has some DCP I believe
