Cheapest Epi Pulse?

I am writing for suggestions on an Epi pulse,
I am in the EU so all of my supplements have to come from the UK, and they are quite expensive, so I am trying to put together the most cost friendly pulse possible. Here is the pulse that I was thinking about, any suggestions?
