One of the best benchers ever, Rick Weil, benched flat. Also, many raw champions advocate elbow flare for raw lifetrs.

The bottom line is, you gotta do what works for you. So far, whatever you've been doing has been working. :)

Nothing like smashing the gym after being fed well and knowing you didnt overdo it. Back day was ridiculous today I literally believe I hit all but 3 back excercises and it was sick! Did so many rows and pullups my rhom. and lats feel like they have rolled outwards.

Tomorrow I will go back to keeping a record and starting a new log as my arsenal of supps is just becoming larger and larger. Been PWO free for awhile so its about that time 2 find a new one!

Been using recompadrol for a few weeks now and think its def helping me out. Threw 2 scoops of Metabolic Powder on my chili tonight and it was AWESOME!!! Thought it would have a heavier Raspberry taste but it blended very well! Will continue using it.

Was a good day and loving the feeling now. Chest seems to be picking back on up. The stretch marks are freaking nutz atm now. Dunno what else to try on these hopefully they will just blend on in over time.
 
Started my American Muscle FB stack of Exile and Banish. Cool combo thus far and hope to continue seeing strength gains while pressing forward.
 
That DAMN Banish is the truth!!! The Truest definition of a fat burner with a thermogenic effect. I love it for one reason and one huge reason....It starts the fire in your GUTS!!!!

Im talking 5-10mins instant flame being lit that was oddly uncomfortable at first b/c it caught me off guard so quickly but it has become something I look forward to now. Abdominal wall raises in temp. and the rest of my body slowly follows but no sweats that would make you stand out at work. Just a constant fire that is still lasting 30mins and even more. Energy isnt where this product shines its the Thermo effect. The appetite suppressing qualities are definitely second. Helps get me to lunch without snacking which helps me out. Just one handful of almonds 30mins after taking just so something is on my stomach. Exile on the other hand hasn't shined through on its own yet which seems disappointing but time shall tell. Holding steady at 230lbs still so I have no complaints.

Well this short lived bulk up is over officially still pressing the recomp and will be dropping my weight down to compete in the 220 class to start off my powerlifting attempts. Looking to do a meet on Jan 25th if all goes well and nothing happens in-between but if I dont go ahead and do it now I wont do it ever so BAM!!! Hats been thrown in the ring!

Still pressing the re-comp as I want to do a BB show this summer. My goals of being CSCS certified will only broaden as I still want to be as competitive as possible and take advantage of everything in front of me.

Current Stack includes Banish and Exile stack from American Muscle liking it so far.

EBF Products are in the mix as well and I must say Im liking what Im getting so far from it but the Metabolic Powder PWO started off killing my stomach, tried it today and was so glad the effect didnt hit me as I was leg day lls

Forskolin-95 hasnt been incorporated yet thinking of putting it with my Alphamine when it comes in.

Shift is just sitting on the sideline ATM, dont feel it would help me much as an addition ATM but I could be wrong

Methyl-Synephrine just terrifies me In all Honesty. Its reviewed effects and how and when to use throws me as I dont want to be taking too much at a time on an empty stomach but just havent heard enough about it to understand just what this Beta-2 Agonist does in addition to what I am already running. Was shocked to see it in Exile already withing the Neuro-Metabolic Matrix made up of a blend at 153mgs.

Got some Leucine, Milk Thistle, and Orange Triad on deck as well

Waiting on a killer combo package from USPlabs still as well with plenty of goodies to add in, Looking forward to running PRIME again with the 6/9 protocol.

Gotta find an awesome singlet. Pretty sure my walmart wrist wraps are still ok, may pickup some knee sleeves pretty soon as well as the swelling issues with a deeper squat are just unavoidable atm

I like my Titan knee sleeves to keep my knees healthy and warm, I've heard good things about the elitefts ones too though. The Titan ones are a little expensive, but worth it. If you want extra support, order a size smaller than the chart... they're still easy to get on.

Thanks man, sadly my greatest obstacle is myself atm. Also I hate using the smith as my primary but our local Ballerina had the squat rack on lockdown today. I only didnt mind as seeing her workouts time and time again she supersets and keeps the pace going. Ive blocked the rack from her so my day was due sooner or later.

My bench is luck so far I still look at it as my weakest point atm in terms of growth.

Im guess the single ply is acceptable for RAW comps right?

Single ply knee sleeves? Should be, although I think it's limited to neoprene/non assistive material. If you're talking single ply shirts or squat suits, no. It should say if they're accepted in most raw feds on the sleeve sale page, though some raw don't allow sleeves or wraps.

You just need to focus on transitions and holding each pose at peak contraction. A few things I noticed:

- Your back is thick, but not especially wide, at least not the way you're posing. You have very low lat insertions, so you could have a phenomenal lat spread.
- Your delts need to be brought up a tad; your tris and bis dominate your arms.
- When you hit a pose, keep your head up and look into the audience or camera or whatever. Don't look at your muscles. If you start practicing this now, it should become second nature later.

I'm no expert, by any means, just an enthusiast. Keep up the good work man, you're killing it.

I honestly took my shoulder training down about 3 notches as a whole to put so much emphasis on my back and now its just like you said laggy. Will begin taking their routine much more serious soon. If im walking normally my lats sit outward to the point that ppl constantly notice them but I cant flex them for crap lol. One of these days this physique will be seeing the stage but still plenty of work left to do

MMan ol mn the day ive been dreading forever has finally come, decided that I was going to do cleans today and def. strained my back on one of my catches. Shame my knee just happen to buckle forward and i didnt bail on the weight so thus I hyperextend and Lawd its tight. Hopefully I can get it worked out in a few days but It does really blow me. Luckly I was able to finish off my Back and shoulder day fighting on through will know more tomorrow as Im icing and using TENs now. Too far in this journey to start slacking now and I refuse to be denied a DAMN THING
 
Its sick the way ive abandoned this thread but its the holidays lls,

S/N: Almost to the end of the AM stack and the ride has been freaking awesome! Seriously just a little bit of cardio (2 days) and decent eating (carb cycling attempt) and the recomp effects are noticeable. Im using it at full dosage and added in Forskolin-95 and I couldn't be happier. Metabolic powder bothers my stomach a bit but I use it post-workout to not throw off my day. Backs feeling great and back to squatting and deadlifting moderately. Cant wait for the New Year and a new Log

Finally got my groove back!

Best Leg day Ive had in awhile and the weights wernt terribly heavy but the tempo and focus made it beyond sweet. Switched to a much more narrow stance that hopefully will remain my sweet spot for awhile atleast. Supplementation is all the same Volt+Creatine+2 Arginine tabs= Good Leg day!

What's a Jefferson squat? I've heard of Jefferson deadlifts. Been thinking about incorporating them in my routine to take some strain off my lower back.

thanks man, its been a long time coming lol, and i think they may be the same thing in idea as YouTube vids showed them being the same. The Jefferson squat I try to incorporate is from Kai Greene and CJ. Its really helping me over time get my hips better
