Well was fairly pleased with the #625 @ 12'', but it was kinda slow, so I did not drop to floor and try it.
The #500 was okay, but the most I feel I would have gotten today if I was fresh was 8, 9 at most, so I am glad I did not try and fail, since fails play with my head lots more than just saying enough for today. Besides I has this frigging zinc stomach ache. You know how you feel if you take zinc on an empty stomach?!!? Just wanted to gag.
All in all I was pretty pleased with today.

Honestly, the #315 felt like I could have cleaned it after another times that much, really.
Also, I just think it is from doing it over and over and over and you build up some capacity for medium weight work!?
I am not sure if that description is correct, but as far as I know an RDL, is pretty much only to mid shin, yes!? and you keep the tension on the hams etc. So when I go to the floor with the weight and still using a flat/arched back, and sliding my ass back to stretch the hams out, I call it that, instead of my more round back waist bending SLDL's.
I know I know STFU and just lift....!!!!

Ha ha thanks for the plug, but it is more just old experience and trail and error from mistakes. I made the same errors a lot of these young guys did with training arms and chest ie: 20% of the body, 90% of the time. Thank God for the Old HG mags.

Hams were target today and started to freeze up a bit by the #225, light or not it was getting greasy.
Felt good to get a little gassed and creepy today.

The first few reps are okay, but on a set of 5 or so the last ones, you get like, WTF am I doing this for, I should be playing guitar in a club somewhere oogling women.

Along with the fact, that I am too dumb to work smart, so I have to work harder I guess!?!?

BTW, where are some of you beefers takin' your GF's/wives 2 night???

The #500 did feel light (at least at first) after the #655 top with the chains. Glad I got this in, since I have to work all weekend and this was the only time I could most likely hit it this hard. Certainly feel hammered in the low back some and lower erectors. Listening to USA beat up some on Jagr and company....! Yeah

I wish I could get some of that gas over on presses, but it is just not meant to be. I was always good at pulling stuff towards my body. I guess my top genes settled in my butt and back.

Squats went okay but I have had better sessions
It got into my head some so I did some very piss angry speed pulls.
The real kicker was the RDL set of x20. Got to 17 fairly easy, but (3 more reps, Snyder) 18 was kinda sticky and 19 was just rather brutal. 20 I had to scream it up the last 4 inches (adrenaline counts for something) as it got over the knees fine, but stuck to my thighs and had my hams and especially glutes and erectors freezing up but I locked it out. It was funny, since I have not heard myself actually screaming that loud in a while. It was kinda embarrassing, even being alone at my home gym...!

Well, I actually wanted to try and edge up (or down from blocks) to a heavy floor single over #600+ or so, but my left ham and glute was still filled with DOMS from Mondays session and I just could not go full ROM without wax running from my ears gritting my teef. I was able to use a shorter ROM without near as much pain.
Afterwards, wedged my oly bar into a corner sticking it thru a concrete block with a 45 on top to do T bar rows from on end. I had taken an old piece of 3/4 pipe and ground a notch in it to fit the bar. ENjoying some new rows and ways to beat up my upper back.

Got vids (mostly because I wanted to see how much my hips might raise at the start of these, not bad at all, as I was pretty pleased. Was also pleased that the 13" pin pull seemed as easy or easier than starting it at 15") of the pin pulls but still am having trouble with boobtube account.
