I feel you, but I was actually looking at the CGBP while also noting the good deal of singles on the OHP. I feel like you've regularly been working with 135 or less for CGBP but maybe I'm a bit wrong.

Hey Toro, I was just doing some more volume lower weights on the BP's and OH pressing to see if I would get any response and some BBing.
If anything, the shoulders don't ache so much pimping some blood in there with higher vol and less weight.
Going for more tests before they will script my TRT, since they want to get a full history on me. I am not big on doctors, actually.
Would like to do this with a different source (legal of course) but the hormone clinics I have looked into, want about $300-$600 a month and not covered by my insur. since it seems voluntary.

This was funny, as I went in dreading any kind of W/O today and was just way out of sorts and not even in the mood.
It ended up being a pretty good strong one for me, as I am going to chase the #500x10 rep thing for a little while. Perhaps a month.
There is a guy on another site who has #500x9 in the conventional DL, so I want to try and squeeze him a bit.
I think if I had not done the work up front today, I could have gotten at least 9 from floor today, certainly T&G.
Very good erector feel today also. Feels like they have some cables sewn back there under my skin. Lovin' that feeling.
Hams/glutes really got beat up by the time the RDL's hit and I focused the squats more on the quads.
A keeper from the start of a dumpster fire....!
 
Man, I really want to see what the Paul Black does on a platform with a form fitting singlet and a Texas Deadlift Bar.

Ah, the singlet won't give you any carryover, Paul. Unless it has skulls or flames on it. It's just the competition uniform.

Well, the sat squat set was just for ****z and giggles as there is a dude on another board that was doing high rep frnt squats and we got into a high rep thread. I used ot thrive on higher reps years ago with deads and squats so I wanted to see how bad they still sucked. The #225 left my legs (quads mostly) feeling like diarrhea for a half hour.

Monday, was not into it going in. Had to watch a few DL vids to find a spark. It worked some. I hit my planned work even though I was dragging arse a little.
To many holiday cookies and easy living.
Anyway, it worked out pretty well.
I just put it in my mind, (what if this was the last workout I ever did? What if I pursued something else for the new year, so I shook the sand out of my panties and got a little dirty. Worked out okay I suppose. Did want to check my hip movement on this but camera battery goes dead if I leave it sit a while. What a pisser.
A keeper all in all.

Really did not feel like lifting this AM, but as the day went on, I grabbed some sparks and when I got in there, I just ramped up my squat volume. I think this will help with my pulling rep sets. Did not feel as whipped today at all, with all that knee/hip bending shtuff so maybe my fitness level is coming up some. I will need it for spring yard work anyway. Yee hooooo...!

I believe the top of the #455 was about #655 and towards the end up over the knees was pretty slow and near grinder but felt good.
The #425x12 felt pretty strong and snappy and it seems a little of my repping ability is coming back some.

1 Scoop Life Exten Protein/Creapure/Glutamn

I have not tried Epi or any other PH as some have asked, although some people tell me Formeron is a mild PH at a 2 pumps.
About 2 months ago I tried a friends TRT cream script for a month and although I did get a rise in my libido, I did not see much if any strength increase, again going by my pressing and grip strength. I may be a candidate for TRT, but I have not yet gone thru the bs tests you have to get to get a pass.

That is pretty much my regimen.
5 days per week with breakfast I take a few DIM caps, ALA, NAC, Liver Cleanse, Vit D, Mag, B Comp, St John Wrt, Vit C, Zinc, 80mg Aspirin (2-3 days wk)
I have cut back on my egg consumption to 0 thru the week. I think I lost about 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks.
