Chapter 5/Beast73 8 week intense Journey!

Yesterday I did Chest Dumbbell Workout..

Today I did Shoulders and Back.

Tomorrow morning I will be doing Sprints.
 
I was reading,that if a person was doing hardcore Sprinting for 15 minuets, he or she would burn 1200 calories!
 
better than what I could do...
