I did Ab Exercise this morning at home.

Tomorrow outdoor Sprints with 10Lbs Speed Sac!

You really earned that body with sweat, I wish I had that kind of discipline, especially your cardio sessions are mind numbing!

I had a Nice interesting Chest Workout today with a new workout buddy, and I must say he really did good with my crazy exercise routine.. Lol! This is very new to me, exercising with someone. It was really killing Me to sit and wait on him to finish his set. He’s a really good Guy,so hopefully it will work out for us.

I wish I had a gym buddy, the last guy quit on me and never came back, LOL!
I swear I would try to keep up with you, if we trained together it would benefit me more than you, LOL!

The last guy that workout with me was 25 years old, and he never came back until a week later. He never workout with me again. hairygrandpa, I am pretty sure Your workout style and My style combine together, We would be a Dynamic Duo!

I may survive a workout with you -but not your cardio sessions. Well, that's the difference between "Greek God" and "Greek Yogurt". :)

Nothing like a good partner. Had a few over the years. The problem is when you don't have one anymore it took me time to adjust. Now I just go solo.
hopefully he can keep up. my problem was they started looking better and got satisfied. (usually a girl in the way).

Those are some serious cleats!! You should come over and run in my yard, so I don't have to run the aerator over it.

Chest and Back Workout was amazing! I was in the Zone and doing a lot of Flexing and Chest Popping!
 
When lifting, do you follow any plan, like progressive overload -or do you go by intuition, simply pushing it to fatigue?

I was going to stay in bed all day tomorrow... until seeing you killing it in the field. Damn inspiring!

Mowglisml, I have been telling people at the gym that I will not get back on a treadmill no time soon.
Doing Sprints, and pulling the Speed Sac with 5-10Lbs,it will take your body and mind to another Level! Since I have been doing Sprints My legs are getting toner, and I have noticed New Veins in my inner thigh area. I think everyone should include outside sprints in their workout regimen.
