BEAST73 Blue Bell is some good stuff! there is a store by me that will run a 2 for 5$ deal about 4 times a year. I usually stock up. think it would be cheaper here since the plant where they make it is about 15 miles from my house.

I have been really busy these last 7 days,and I haven’t hit the gym at all.. I am still eating clean and drinking plenty of water.

how long have you been cutting now for? total loss thus far?

I am cutting for my vacation and then on vacation i am drinking and eating all the foods but I am thinking i am going to cut again after I get back and get lean to where I want and try to reverse diet from there!

I will stop my cutting in November and start My Bulking.
 
Day 8 without exercising, and weight steady declining.. Diet on point and feeling really lean!

I don't remember the last time I took off a week since this last December-January off training. Is it suggested to take off? And for how long?

Deload weeks are definitely a real thing if you have not looked into it :)

For me as I got older I needed more off time.
in my 20's only off time was when life hit. (a day or 2 here and there)
in my 30's week off every 12 weeks.
40's 9-11 days off every 8 weeks.

50's My body will tell me: I log every lift and when my strength starts to drop. at that time I will take 9-11 days off. (you have to make sure environmental issues didn't affect the drop in strength) this varies from 6 weeks to 11 weeks usually based on what workout I'm doing at the time.
