no not the product, Chaos. Its just the name i go by. I decided to start a log to track my progress and provide different supplement reviews. If im lucky i might be testing some products soon, but if not this will be good for future possibilities to show i can create an extensive log. Feel free to criticize. So with that crap outa the way let's get to it.
Supplements I'm currently taking: ON 100% whey, Body Fortress L-Glutamine, Animal Pak, and Syntrax Guggulbolic.
I'm picking up either SizeOn or Clout tomorrow as well as Scivation Xtend, and Chromium Picolinate. And depending on if i get picked there may be a few others. Will update when I find out.
Friday June 8
Woke up at 10 AM. Ran for 20 minutes. Total Distance- 2 miles
Got back, drank some water and took my mutli (Animal Pak).
30 minutes later made breakfast. 9 egg whites. 1 yolk. 2 pieces of toast. 1 glass of milk. 2 Syntrax Guggulbolic
2 hours later- Myoplex Deluxe
2 hours later- 1 can of tuna
4:00- Hit the gym.
Warm-up on treadmill- Ran for 1 mile. Time: 7:30
BB Curls- 10 x 75, 8 x 85, 6 x 95
Single Arm DB Curls- 10 x 30, 8 x 35, 6 x 40
Preacher Curls- 10 x 75, 8 x 85, 6 x 100
Single Arm Hammer Curls- 10 x 25, 8 x 30, 6 x 35
21's- 21 x 65, 21 x 75, 21 x 75
Tricep Pushdown (rope)- 10 x 80, 8 x 90, 6 x 100
Skullcrushers superset with close grip bench- 10 x 65, 8 x 65, 6 x 75
Single Arm Tricep Extensions- 10 x 30, 8 x 35, 6 x 40
Weighted Dips- 25 with 25lbs, 25 with 25lbs, 25 with only bodyweight
PWO- 4 servings of Gatorade Powder, 5g of L-Glutamine, 1 scoop of ON 100% Whey
1 hour later- 5 slices of Turkey, Velveeta, glass of milk, 2 Syntrax guggulbolic
4 hours later- 3 eggwhites, 1 yolk, 1 piece of toast, 1 glass of milk
Sleep around 2 AM
Saturday June 9
Woke up at 9 AM. Ran for 20 minutes. Total Distance- 2 miles
Got back, drank some water and took my Animal Pak
30 minutes later made breakfast. 9 egg whites. 1 yolk. 2 pieces of toast. 1 glass of milk. 2 Syntrax Guggulbolic
2 hours later- Myoplex Deluxe
2 hours later- 1 can of tuna
2:30- Hit the gym. Legs, Abs day
Warm-up on treadmill- Ran for 1 mile. Time: 8:15
Squats- 12 x 45, 10 x 135, 10 x 185, 8 x 225, 6 x 250, 4 x 285
Leg Press- 10 x 180, 8 x 230 , 6 x 280
Leg Extensions- 10, 8, 6
Leg Curls- 10, 8, 6
Calf Raises- 10 x 90, 8 x 140, 6 x 180
Abs- 400 crunches of various styles, weighted decline situps, 75 leg raises
PWO- 4 servings of Gatorade Powder, 5g of L-Glutamine, 1 scoop of ON 100% Whey
1 hour later- 2 chicken breasts, brown rice, glass of milk, 2 Syntrax guggulbolic
**This is where im at while im writing this log**
Since i always have the same meal before bed i might as well list it.
4 hours later- 3 eggwhites, 1 yolk, 1 piece of toast, 1 glass of milk
Going out tonite and will probly have a few beers (Heineken light)
which i shouldn't but hey, you gota enjoy life too.
o and so i can keep track of how i look, i'll post pics once every few weeks.
