Please check out this link to change your body by Dr. Todd Lee. He creates lots of articles and blogs about products, workouts, diets and more. This article explains a great way to change your body in thirty minutes.

He gives you a basic week workout for Men and Women. He explains exercises and how much of it to do.
Also on the link he includes a basic diet plan you can go off of!

If you don't have a lot of time to go get to the gym this is a great way to get started!!!

Lift HEAVY weight. You can build some muscle in 30 days, but you need to lift weight so heavy that you can only do 6 to 10 reps. Do typical squats, lunges, bicep curls and bench press, all with heavy weight. You will see results.
