Chances of getting an abcess on cycle.

Anyone ever get an abscess that has needed to get drained or gone to the hospital before. I'll be running my first cycle of test e rotating spots of injects between thighs and glute. What are my chances of getting and abscess or even a sterile abscess? Do all abscess require antibiotics and doctor visits? What are your thoughts/ experiences?
