Hell of a session my man! I like the idea of added aggression, except my temper isn't the greatest most of the time so perhaps it's not that good lol.

Woke up super tired today.slept like crap.i napped on and off til about noon.forced myself to workout. Was just off today. Don't believe the andro had anything to do with it. Just one of those days. .guess what? The gym turned that **** right around.

Great workout man, yeah sometimes you just have off days until you get in the gym. I just had that lol and it was with a back session too! Lol

I LOVE underhand rows, not a fan of overhand (regular) and the gym I went to today I had to stack the 70's to do some decent weighted DB rows.

Keep up the great logs man. Do you feel any stronger?

Back on track baby! Woke up this morning had a great breakfast. 6 eggs(whole), sweet potato home fries, turkey sausage and some coffee and a fat burner ThermoCore. Had a couple clients I had to train at powerhouse this morning then I went at it.
I'm scaling back my workouts a bit because I'm burning massive amounts of calories due to lots and lots of sets and only like 30 to 45 second rest periods

All lifts were mostly up from last chest session. Definitely was beneficial cutting some things out and giving extra time I was basically doing strength endurance. Great for cutting not for maximum size
I had to cut the andro 300 down to two full pumps a day from 3.my agitation was terrible was getting pissed off over the smallest ****.been a lil better today
All Sides are the same except for what I just mentioned
 
Nice session! And x3 on the bench numbers, great strength, I'm just starting out benching agin cause of s shoulder injury.. 90lb feels a ton when only doing 12 reps.

Do you feel it's made changes to your physique?

I'm definitely more vascular and strength is up. Put on a couple pounds.look a bit fuller.. this is my first time using andro not for cutting reasons.wanted to see how it worked while on a clean bulk. So far so good. Putting some lbs on and still relatively lean
