ok ill be honest, i was a little salty that SS pulled 500lbs. so i went today to see what my max is.

Deadlift

135x6
225x4
315x4
405x1
455x1
495............ 1st try about 4 inches of the ground.
2nd try about 8-10 inches
3rd try back to like 4 inches.
took 2 min break
475x1

thats a PR for me and since im only taking 1 JW a day i think thats really good.

after deadlifting i went and had a insane back and bi workout. all my lifts are up.


OH and some dyke looking trainer came over to me and TOLD me to stop dropping weights while i was deadlifting. i flipped the fcuk out on her. i said " im not dropping the weights!! its called deadlifting. you wanna show me how to deadlift over 400lbs and be quiet about it?!!!!"
she gave me a dirty look and walked away. well i was like " there is NO WAY im letting that slide." i walked right into the club managers office and told him what happend. he said " dont worry about it chad. ill take care of her." he went out and called her over and from what it looked like he ripped her a new ass.
later on i walked past her and shoke my head and grinned at her. LOL!!!!

EDIT: i forgot to say that i did a 315x12 set at the end of deadlifting.
 
I know, people better learn to recognize that a weight room is were you lift weights. There is no being nice about it, you can't be polite about weights slamming if you miss a push press, or deadlift. If people don't like it they can go curl the pink dumbells in the cardio room, lol. (hmm i wonder if they have pink 90's that's hawt)

If I had to guess, he pulled out of the pocket of his gym shorts a list of veterinary web sites, a spare copy of how to convert fina pellets, and a site injection handbook and sent them on their way. Then he moo'd at them and pee'd on an incline bench.

NEWSFLASH! You're not supposed to lose your gains when you come off cycle! :trout: Especially with all the super P.C.T. products out nowadays (JW;MassFX,HDx2;RPM;IGF-2;ect.)

In other news, I'm about 90% sure I've decided to come off. Don't get too sad and go cutting yourself now. (Especially you Emo):lol:
