*Legs and shoulders/traps*

Nothing much to report today, as I said this wkend was pretty harsh. I will rest up big time tonight and have a nice high protein/carb meal before bed.
 
Ok, Ok, OK! Its been a while since I have updated my log, but this has been an extremely busy wk for me. I finally had my test today and finished all of my other work. Woooo mother f-ing hoooo! Now I had to skip the past few days bc I had so much to do and I was pretty stressed out - so I didn't want to waste a w/o. I hit Chest, back, tri's, and bi's tonite. I did it all with virtually no rest btwn sets. Are you proud of me Daddy? -More bad news is I only got in the gym twice this wk, and that is all I can do I am heading to dallas tomorrow for the TX vs OU game and this wkend maybe a little rough again. It looks as though I have a little over a wks worth left in my bottle so next wk will be a good log again I swear. I know this wk sucked, but I know you guys got a feel for this product after my 3 full wks of a solid log. Just minus this erectile disfunctioning, buck tooth, giraffe neck, saggy tittied wk. :D Ok have a good wkend homeslice g funk flexters, I know I will.

Yea sorry - I have been forgetting to update here and only at bb.com I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! Thats how I would sum it up. As long as you sleep good, and train right this won't let you down. I don't know your take on creatine, but try this one (not necessarily CEX, but try CEE in general) and there is no way you will be disappointed.

Creatine mono does nothing positive for me. :(

I am the exact same way - and I was done with creatine until this came out. Now I am like a viagra fed 18 yr old in a whore house wanting more. :twisted:
 
Ok a little update - I am finishing my bottle and have already given 4 wks worth of a log so after this update I will just wait until I give my overall summary.
*Back and bi's
Strength: Went up 20 lbs in rows, more reps on curls

Energy: yada yada

Recovery: no problem

Sleep: zzzzzzzzz
 
Finally a VPX product that doesn't suck. I'm using CEX right now and my gains in strength and the other stuff you report is identical to what I'm seeing. Moderate strength gains, my weight is remaining about the same, but also, I am cutting. Getting way more vascular. I take one double dose 30 minutes before a workout. I love CEX. Stuff like V12 and Swole gave me nice pumps, better than CEX, but nowhere near the strength gains I'm seeing now. My blood veins, in the forearms and biceps seem to be much larger (dunno why really). I love CEX, but maybe next time I will just get some Custom CEE, cause it probably does the same thing. Oh, btw, I'm getting crappy hours of sleep, as I am a full time college student. It hasn't really effected anything adversely. Maybe I will see better gains if I get more sleep :).
