Get one that is nationally accredited and required by your desired employer.
Then, get good at what you do by attending conferences, reading books, talking with "experts", taking classes, etc. Many college professors will allow you to sit in on their courses (audit them)..I know I have let people sit in on mine. You just do not get credit, write papers (at least, I don't have time to correct papers of people who are not actually in my class), or take exams. But, you can learn a lot while spending NO money.
