I can't see cutting longer than 6 wks ever a good thing anyway - if you need more than 6wks at a time to drop some significant bf off, you need to be on anabolics to prevent that for sure.
Which also begs the question why you got so fat in the first place to need longer than 6 wks of hard dieting & Clen use to see changes that are good enough to satisfy, ya know?
You're really lean now, so I can't really say how long it would take to shed fat at such a low bf % already.
Yeah that's some profound thoughts there man! Well I could tighten up my diet a long ways rite now. I'm shooting for 350-400 carbs each day and tons of fat. I could tweak my carb types and amounts and timing quite a bit before I'd be maxed out. Rite now I try to get enough carbs for growth. Not tons of simple sugars but anytime post workout I don't care what they are. I'm a believer in carb back loading. So there is room for improvement definitely. Mainly I try to eat healthy and let my metabolism fill.in the gaps
