Celtitren Cycle Log

Hoping to hammer chest again today. Its that or a rest day and rest days always leave me restless and thinking i should have chastised the weights when I'm on cycle.
 
Late breakfast of 8 eggs, a bagel, and Whey protein with an added scoop of Leucine down the hatch. I don't pull the yolks otherwise I'm hungry in half hour and so far I haven't ever needed to on account of fat gain. Protein is at 80 grams for the day so far

Good pump good strength. Touched chest on all barbell presses with no bounce and tried to keep good form.Kept rests to 45 seconds and had a training partner tonight. Here is documented chest pump

Must be that 1/2lb bacon cheeseburger helped me in the energy department. I kind of loaded the carbs today!
 
That's what it's about man - these drugs take their toll on your health, so gotta make em count and get stronger or improve your physique while you can!
 
Yeah. I've set all my PRs naturally and the odd thing is that I've never broken them on cycle. It is probably to do with the fact that I'm training for maximum size on cycle but you'd think.....
 
I am thinking about running a Havoc/Celtitren stack after reading your log. Thanks for the great updates.

Yeah so far it feels really good! I stopped the Stano 2 days ago and I haven't felt like I needed it at all so far. Might be my Caber doing its wonderful work. But I'm only 9 days in so no sides but maybe they wont be showing this soon anyway.
 
Really curious to see if you notice muscle hardening with this Tony. My bf is much too high at 17-18% prob to notice hardening from anything that would give it, but as shredded as you are you'll def notice if this occurs. I'd love to run a pro-tren cycle now that I've discovered prami and exemestane if I can get my bf down at some point enough to really appreciate trenbolone's magic.

I've been noticing it already man. I wake up feeling full in my muscles like I just had a protein and carbs shake. I'm loving it
 
Back workout today..
Did deads and haven't for quite awhile due to my construction work making it impossible to work after back day. So it was good workout I really felt the pump and strength but tried to stop at the point where I'll still be able to barely move tomorrow.

These weren't to failure but the pump was getting intense and back was tightening up nicely so I moved on.
Then one arm dumbbell rows
65×15 one set each side
75×12. one set each side
Only minorly sore from chest workout yesterday so the recovery with Tren must be insane or else its waiting to hit kick me in my butt tomorrow. Feel overall huge and fullbody pumped! I'm loving it.
 
Celtitrens recuperative powers are amazing. Day 2 from chest workout and never really got sore and that is a first for me. I felt the tightness a litlle and some very minor soreness yesterday but I'm feeling really good today. Guess next time I'll have to really kick up.
 
dang dude your deads are really laggin compared to your other lifts. are you a little top-heavy?

Yes I know. No I'm not really top-heavy but haven't been able to do them for awhile. In the process of moving across the continent. Anyway, I didn't push it and I'm brutally sore in my erectors today. Have you ever mixed deadlifts with pouring concrete for a day?? If you say yes I rest my case. ;-) but if not ill tell you its a good way to lose your job because you arent worth a **** for a couple days. but no excuses ill try to pick up the pace. My Max deadlift is only 375×6 tho. I want to get that higher
 
P.S. not to be a dick but I'm only throwing in enough heavy to keep muscle growth screaming along. Currently I don't care about my weights too much as long as my physique is enhanced. I know when logging numbers on paper it looks bad but if I feel fairly symmetrical and not out of proportion right now and I don't want to spend a long time trying to make numbers impressive.

That's it for today. Pump was crazy delta popping by the end of the laterals. Don't work front delts much. They get enough work on chest days.
 
You can't really get considerably bigger or considerably stronger at the same time (unless you're a complete noob to lifting, when everything just grows like weeds) - you're results with either will be better if you focus on one for a bit. And gaining muscle is best done while on anabolics, while strength can still progress with heavy work in off time - think how you hear people all the time manage to continue to increase power over pct, but not so much lean mass.

Basically, best to focus on either size or strength for a bit of time before switching back, and since muscle gain is tougher than strength to gain in off time cycles are the time to try to force than protein synthesis baby! Unless you're like me, where I live and die by my 1RM lol

Yep I get the urge to train heavier sometimes just to get my numbers up! It just feels manly to know that I can move x amount of weight:-)
 
slamming deads makes me feel manly lol. especially when someplanet fitness prick gets all slant-faced angry about it

Yeah so I'm curious now though after you trashed my back workout yesterday lol, anyway what is a weight you are comfy with for 8 reps to failure lets say, after you've pyramided up and you've done several sets of reads? I want to know how much of a lightweight I am:-)
 
Also I forgot to mention that I upped my dose to 150 mg of Tren ED yesterday. I'll see what happens and if sides I'll back it off but at 120 I just feel phenomenal.
 
lol you blow me out in size man and bench press. my current reps for benching is 250x5. deads im at 365x5. squats 285x5. the squats are holding me back. im into strength training though so i usually stay inthe 3-6 rep area

im using my tracking aps calculator for the predicted 8 reps
bench 225x8
squats 258x8
dead 330x8
and yes... i slam the deads every rep when it gets heavy. im not setting that **** down softly

didnt mean to bash the workout btw, was just pointing out you look like you can do a lot more than whats on paper

and look up lunk alarm on youtube. or panet fitness. just grunting loud enough will set it off

Lol yeah we're cool. Just gota give it back you know. I bang mine down pretty hard. When I work out with my bro in law I feel like a wimp. He did a drug free with straps deadlift of 505. I'm not up there yet. I will though. Reason my bench Max is 415 is because a couple years ago I was obsessing over the fact I couldn't do 300 and so I trained hard and a year later that's where I was
 
Today will be bis only it looks like. Tris still feeling it. Back and shoulders feel pulverized. Maybe I'll hit forearms too. Still no sides at 150 mg of Celtitren and this is my 3rd day at this dosage.

I got peanut butter. It reminds you of peanut butter in a very "small way" but it has this slightly rancid taste that really sets in after if swallowed the last and each time my stomach does a little hitch. And this is with mixing it in my good chocolate protein.:-(

I hear ya. I'll have to try them out. My Nolva is like a really really super intense minty burn. So I can handle it because of it being minty but if you don't wash it down right away you'll feel raw for a few hours.
