Really curious to see if you notice muscle hardening with this Tony. My bf is much too high at 17-18% prob to notice hardening from anything that would give it, but as shredded as you are you'll def notice if this occurs. I'd love to run a pro-tren cycle now that I've discovered prami and exemestane if I can get my bf down at some point enough to really appreciate trenbolone's magic.

You can't really get considerably bigger or considerably stronger at the same time (unless you're a complete noob to lifting, when everything just grows like weeds) - you're results with either will be better if you focus on one for a bit. And gaining muscle is best done while on anabolics, while strength can still progress with heavy work in off time - think how you hear people all the time manage to continue to increase power over pct, but not so much lean mass.
Basically, best to focus on either size or strength for a bit of time before switching back, and since muscle gain is tougher than strength to gain in off time cycles are the time to try to force than protein synthesis baby! Unless you're like me, where I live and die by my 1RM lol

lol no i train at a 24hour fitness and im buddies with the trainers so they dont mind me slamming deads.
but they kick you out due to some noise alarm if you slam a weight at planet fitness
lol you blow me out in size man and bench press. my current reps for benching is 250x5. deads im at 365x5. squats 285x5. the squats are holding me back. im into strength training though so i usually stay inthe 3-6 rep area
im using my tracking aps calculator for the predicted 8 reps
bench 225x8
squats 258x8
dead 330x8
and yes... i slam the deads every rep when it gets heavy. im not setting that **** down softly
didnt mean to bash the workout btw, was just pointing out you look like you can do a lot more than whats on paper
