cellmass and no xplode together or not?

Hey I'm about 5' 7 150" and I'd like to gain around 15 lbs by June. I've been lifting pretty regularly and lately I've been doing a lot of compound exercises like squats, bench, deadlift, etc. My diet's pretty healthy I eat a lot of tuna and about 1-2 protein shakes a day.

I'm looking to add some weight first then slim down by summer. Do you think I should take cellmass for about 8 weeks then no xplode or take them both together and go cold turkey in late april?

I already have a tub of each already so basically i'm wonderin if anyones got any suggestions on the regimen.
 
NO-explode is an excellent pre-workout supplement, but after using both, I dont like cellmass nearly as much. I dont feel like it did much for me. Definitely go with the no-explode, but the cellmass may not be worth it. It wont hurt anything, I just don't know if you'll get anything out of it
 
but since you already have both, they are designed to work together, and going off of them cold turkey should be any problem. keep it up with the eating though, because that's where you'll get the clean gains that will stay with you after the creatine is gone
 
alright thanks man. whats the best supplement to take to help in gaining lean mass you think?
 
First try putting up your diet so that it may be critiqued (spelling?). That is how you will put on the real size, the two supps in question will only help out once the diet is in check. Size ON is definitely a great product by the way. Good move on the compoud movements. Keeping a log will also help you track your progress and will allow others to give you advice along the way.
