Cellmass 2.0 dosing

I received a free 30 serving bottle of Cellmass 2.0 and have a question about their dosing.

It says on the bottle to take 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop PostWO on training days and 1 scoop in the morning and 1 scoop later in the day on off days.

Is it really necessary to take 2 scoops per day?

I'm considering just taking 1 scoop PostWO and just 1 as well on my off days.
 
just read the back of the label and follow the instruction. most people on here dont use cellmass and i dont know the creatine amount in each serving
