I have used celery seed in the past, so I know this. It helps the kidneys dump excess sodium and fluid to reduce blood pressure. It could be useful if you are not watching your mineral intake. This would help if you have gout. I used it with my pre-workout and noticed no difference. What I found it good for was a sore joint. I have a bad ankle joint and it helped the inflammation. It is also a good anti-oxidant according to the "internets". I have a collection of supps for this ranging from Glucosamine, MSM, and Hyaluronic acid. I add celery seed to the mix to avoid taking NSAIDS. It helped a little, but I probably would not buy it again for this purpose.
This is not the pre-work out you were hoping for.
If you want to chase some fringe Pump boosters, look at tart cherry extract, and or NAC.
NAC pre-work out boosts NO synthase. Tart cherry boosts by anti-oxidant action. This will be replaced by S7 when it is more widely adopted.
