How much is too much? Today for the 1st time I took two 250mgs capsule celery seed extract from piping rock. The extract is 4:1. Is that too much? It doesn't specify how much 3nb is has

i would take what in study amount. i thought it 60mgx2 of extract version, but been a while. i think swanson have study dosage in theirs.

The dose will depend on the extract. When I used it, I bought it in bulk. The recommended dose was 1/2 teaspoon which is about 1000mg. Taken one to three times a day. I took it one time a day with dinner.
Other extract lists 85% 3nB and it is listed to be 65 mg per dose. I would go with the sellers directions because there is no consistent extract concentration.

I have read that it can be help lower BP. I have also read anecdotal stories that it allegedly increases ejaculate volume.

Yeah the bottle from piping rock says take up to 3 caps daily.
