About to take my first pmag cycle 50/50/75/75/75

Pre load CEL cycle assist 2 weeks before
PCT:
CEL cycle assist
CEL PCT assist
inhibit E
liver assist
supress c

my question is....is my PCT good enough for this pmag cycle? I did a lot of research and got a lot of different opinions. I think im gonna go with an OCT PCT because i hear pmag isn't a strong enough PH where i need a serm. but what are your thoughts?

some history about me is....
the only other PH i took was CEL hdrol at 50/75/75/75
didnt preload anything lol. but took cycle assist during the pmag cycle
PCT:
cycle assist, PCT assist, inhibit e, and liver assist
kept most of my gains. (lost 3 lbs out of the 8 that I gained, lost 1 rep in bench press). but then again, i had some family problems during my PCT and wasn't able to lift very intensely because i had personal family problems on my mind(not very good timing lol)

once last thing.....
my current workout is every muscle once per week. i was thinking of maybe doing it twice a week because i hear when you take a PH you can do twice a week because your muscles heal faster or something?

current workout is....

SUNDAY: CHEST
4 barbell/DB flat (rotate between barbell and DB each week)
3 DB flat fly
4 DB incline
3 DB incline fly
3 barbell decline
3 DB decline flies

MONDAY: BACK/TRAPS
4 wide weighted pull ups
3 lat pull downs
4 seated rows
4 DB rows
3 reverse flies
5 dead lifts
4 DB shrugs

TUESDAY: REST

WEDNESDAY: SHOULDERS
4 shoulder press
3 front raises
3 side raises
3 cable raises
4 rear delts

THURSDAY: ARMS
4 close grip bench
4 skull crushers
3 weighted dips
3 tricep cables
3 barbell curls/DB curls (rotate between barbell/DB each week)
2 21's
3 incline curls
3 preacher curls
3 concentration

FRIDAY: LEGS
3 squats
3 leg press
3 leg extensions
3 leg curls
9 calfs

SATURDAY: REST

maybe thinking of doing something like
chest/tri
back/bi
leg/shoulders
rest
repeat

what do you guys think?

At the very least have a SERM on hand - I would suggest letro or Adex as well to be more safe.

Regarding working out, stick to what you know has gotten you results. Some things I noticed though is why are you training legs at the end of the week when your body is most taxed?

Unless your legs are well developed, I would suggest switching them to the beginning of the week. Working your legs hard and effectively helps build a solid foundation and will actually help your upper body grow as well.

why wouldnt u use a serm when your using steroids? does the idea of losing all your gains/growing moobs/or having a limp **** appeal to you??

i know other people out there have used pmag with no serm, but they cant even say they didnt take a risk..... look at some bloodwork from people who used a serm in comparison to atd/pct supports


... pmag will shut you down just like hdrol...maybe a little less....but theres no excuse for not getting a serm as they are easy to obtain...

i can't seem to find a way to get my hands on a SERM which is why im very questionable about this pmag cycle lol. nolva seems to be the best because everyone recommends it but i don't know how to get it. :( any ideas? websites? etc?

as for the legs, the reason i do them on friday is because on tuesday and thursday i actually have training for boxing and my legs are DEAD if i do them in the beggining of the week lol. i need time for them to heal which is why Friday is a good day for me. But i do agree that legs are the most important and should be your main focus.

and i dont think my pct is the reason for my hdrol cycle to fail. i think it was more of the fact that I didnt spend a lot of time and focus at the gym during the pct because of personal family problems
 
tamoxifen citrate is generic nolvadex... i prefer to find pills, liquid nolva/clomid is ok, and certainly alot better than inhibit e....

and op as well, you should be able to gain a few more pounds naturally... actually alot more pounds...

plus something like letrozole is not needed in PCT, the goal of a PCT isnt to suppress estrogen the goal should be to "normalize" endocrine system, suppressing estrogen with letrozole isnt beneficial in PCT.

Im 170lbs and I wish people would stop putting words in my mouth. I never suggested to use Letro in PCT, merely to have it on hand.

yup eat more :fing02: I got liquid crap(nolva) and yes it worked, but its purity is under question. hook a brother up :lmao:

At 170lbs 11 - 12% BF 5ft8, I ain't skinny bro and have more or less the same LBM as most on here who start cycles at 180 - 200lbs with 15 - 20% BF.

Due to my metabolism and work, I have to eat 4500kcal+ ED to gain around 1 - 1.5 lbs a month at my current weight - reason why I don't want to be much heavier and why I started a cycle at a lighter weight than most to help speed along my very slow rate of gains.

Sorry I am not ambitious enough to be a 200lbs+ guy having to eat 6000kcal ED worrying about food all day just to maintain.

i dont believe you are eating more than 4500 cals a day... you need to post up your diet and meal timing (HONESTLY....anyone can post up jay cutlers diet and complain of being a "hardgainer".....) and someone on this forum will help you out..

5ft8 170( after your hdrol cycle ) so that means probably 5'8 160 is NOWHERE EVEN CLOSE TO HAVING A GOOD NATURAL FOUNDATION TO BEGIN TAKING STEROIDS...


the only steroid you need is called hamburgerdrol :burger:

dose 5x per day with low fat milk and eggs ... throw away all your supplements and start eating

Here is my diet, meals are spaced eaten every 2.5 - 3hrs apart from meals 2 and 3 and some things changed around some days. I have even included Kcal, Protein, Carbs, Sugar, Far, Saturated Far breakdown. Taken from Excel.... you'll probably be saying I don't know how to train next.

I would suggest dosing P-mag at 75 from week 2 onwards.

I think Nolva + PCT Assist and Suppress C should be fine. I would still advise getting an AI (Letro, Adex) on hand just in case.

Yea you are right bro and yes go 6 weeks, you should see some awesome gains.

Watch out for back pumps (taurine 10g daily should help some)

Check blood pressure (should buy a kit) stay off any stims.

Plenty of grub, fish oils, protein etc.. just keep reading more logs, so you know what to expect.

i think 6 weeks is good, thats the only way i would run hdrol, since gains come slowly but steadily, or so i hear. and hdrol solo shouldnt be a big problem as far as liver problems

LMAO there is one shake in there bro. Just to help YOU, learn how to read posts properly and learn how to stop throwing your weight about, especially after only being a member for 1 month.
 
I may have missed this, but what's ur age? If your under 25, keep going the natural way, just get something like a nutrient repartitioner. You'll eat more, hence get bigger. If ur over 25, run it only if uv'e exhusted every other natural option. One thing tho, get a SERM for sure if u do run it.

those look like shakes to me.... do you consider those meals?

and the fact that i have only been a member for a month doesnt mean a thing, id say i know as much as you do (probably more) as i am a nsca certified personal trainer....

im just trying to help you understand that you are on the small side for steroids... and i think many members that have been here alot longer than you, would agree with me...

i am only trying to let people know that they dont need steroids until theyre close to their genetic limit and OP im sorry you arent... as well as you, bashfull....


OH and the big thing... i also know how to apply my knowledge to my diet/workout - THIS IS WHY I AM NOT 160 LBS
