About to take my first pmag cycle 50/50/75/75/75
Pre load CEL cycle assist 2 weeks before
PCT:
CEL cycle assist
CEL PCT assist
inhibit E
liver assist
supress c
my question is....is my PCT good enough for this pmag cycle? I did a lot of research and got a lot of different opinions. I think im gonna go with an OCT PCT because i hear pmag isn't a strong enough PH where i need a serm. but what are your thoughts?
some history about me is....
the only other PH i took was CEL hdrol at 50/75/75/75
didnt preload anything lol. but took cycle assist during the pmag cycle
PCT:
cycle assist, PCT assist, inhibit e, and liver assist
kept most of my gains. (lost 3 lbs out of the 8 that I gained, lost 1 rep in bench press). but then again, i had some family problems during my PCT and wasn't able to lift very intensely because i had personal family problems on my mind(not very good timing lol)
once last thing.....
my current workout is every muscle once per week. i was thinking of maybe doing it twice a week because i hear when you take a PH you can do twice a week because your muscles heal faster or something?
current workout is....
SUNDAY: CHEST
4 barbell/DB flat (rotate between barbell and DB each week)
3 DB flat fly
4 DB incline
3 DB incline fly
3 barbell decline
3 DB decline flies
MONDAY: BACK/TRAPS
4 wide weighted pull ups
3 lat pull downs
4 seated rows
4 DB rows
3 reverse flies
5 dead lifts
4 DB shrugs
TUESDAY: REST
WEDNESDAY: SHOULDERS
4 shoulder press
3 front raises
3 side raises
3 cable raises
4 rear delts
THURSDAY: ARMS
4 close grip bench
4 skull crushers
3 weighted dips
3 tricep cables
3 barbell curls/DB curls (rotate between barbell/DB each week)
2 21's
3 incline curls
3 preacher curls
3 concentration
FRIDAY: LEGS
3 squats
3 leg press
3 leg extensions
3 leg curls
9 calfs
SATURDAY: REST
maybe thinking of doing something like
chest/tri
back/bi
leg/shoulders
rest
repeat
what do you guys think?
