Thank you. Basically what I meant is that we use a lot of clinically researched licensed branded ingredients in our products. That is great because you're getting the clinically researched extracts/versions and consistent quality with these types of ingredients. However, every once in awhile (and a lot more often than normal bc of Covid) branded ingredient suppliers have been running out of their own ingredients or there have been delays in transit times. An example - KSM-66 is unique and one of a kind, there is no substitute for that that is the same; so if their shipment is delayed by 3 weeks, its not as simple as just grab another Ashwagandha and put it in there. We have to wait for the branded version. Then since we are GMP, we have to wait extra time for testing results (microbial, etc.). That's why you may see me talk sometimes about how for companies like us that follow the guidelines, production is a more costly and more time consuming process than for those that don't. I hope that makes sense.
Everything is here now and unless there are any unforeseen delays, it will be going into production at the beginning of next week so we should have it back in within the next 2 weeks.
