I'm glad that you like them both separately.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. I can't take X-Gels anymore bc I have an autoimmune condition, but if I could, Ecdy-Plex is one of the main things I would love to stack it with personally.

Question (perhaps it has been asked in the past so apologies in advance), if it's past the expiry date will it lose its efficacy?

Company answer - we can never legally tell anyone to take an expired product.

Personal answer - I wouldn't think a thing in the world about it, because a lot of these ingredients can be labeled for 3 year dates, but our SOP's (think internal documents) state that we don't put expirations past 2 years, so many could be labeled for 3 anyway.

Supplements may not be the same as prescription drugs in terms of how long they will last beyond the expiration date but dated supplements should be fine...
