CEE......yuck

after using creatine mono for years i figured i would give CEE a try and see if it was that much better. one thing i know for sure is it tastes god awful. it seems to be more soluble in liquid than regular creatine mono too. i been thinking of maybe adding a teaspoon of sugar to my teaspoon of CEE to maybe help lessen that awful bitter taste. how do most of you folks take it? do you cap it or just mix it with gatorade or something.

Definitely cap that ****. I tried large amounts of crystal light for some CEX I had and it didn't do much for that battery acid and sewer water cocktail.

Hell yeah cap it. I tried taking it straight once and I spit it right back out. Nasty ****!! :run:

To be honest, I drink it straight all the time and have actually started to like it. Hard to get used to but I did. I got mine from Matt so maybe try his.

LOL - It's gotta be the nastiest thing I've ever tasted too.
I used to mix it with my choc whey but now just do it with water. Its not gunna kill ya!!

BTW higher power have changed their formula or something as the last CEE I got from them had a distinct lemon taste. I e - mailed them but got a vague answer so I can't be more specific.

I just measure it, throw it in my mouth, add water, and swish it down. It's definitly disgusting but I've done worse like green tea extract powder and CLA powder. Those are horrible!

Try 1 scoop of CEE + 1 tsp of crystal light lemonade in 16 oz of water. It's the best I've found so far. Mixing it with orange juice is next best, but you'll be adding approx. 100 calories per 8 oz of OJ.

Yea....I just man up and drink it without a problem. You learn how to just man up with stuff like this. But...for some reason I can never get used to the texture/taste of free-form BCAAs. UGH!

I drink it with lite orange juice and just down it all at once. I cant stand the taste of it but after a while I got used to it.

You guys are nothing but a bunch of pussies!

Just drink it!!!

(It is awful though - I got some CreEthyl Thunder and XCeed to try instead of the standard CEE powder I have.)

the first time i took it it made me gag and choke but i got it down and after about a week it isnt to bad gettin it down.... sometimes when im not ready to man up i mix a packet or 2 of splenda with it and if im feeling crappy ill just take cellmass or somthing insted that day

Trem - all of the bulk brands should be the same. I think Nutraplanet has a sale on his, but definatly check Custom too.

Try using MMUSA's liquid creatine formulas, I've heard a lot of people say it sucks, but I've got to say it's the best form of creatine I've used.
I like it because you don't have to load it, it goes damn near directly to your bloodstream. With out the mono-bloat or the mud butt.:run:

Someone please try it and tell what they think about it.
Hell it's only like $30.00 for a 30 dosage bottle.
Ya cheap bastards!!!

This is like the fifth "tastes like, fill in the blank with your personal worst comparison" thread in the last two months.

Quit your bitching, take it like men, ya flipping pantywaists. :nutkick:

There is no such thing as genuine liquid creatine. Research this product and find out for yourself.

As for CEE, Biotest Surge has a flavoring chemical in it that masks the taste of CEE and/or HMB.

I got my CEE from nutraplanet. I don't know if it tastes different than others or what, but I don't mind it at all. I just mix it in 32oz of water along w/ some other supps around my workout (gatorade, swole v2, citrulline malate, syntrax nectar, etc). When it's dilluted this much, it's barely noticable to me. Just adds a little tartness.

Like others have said, use crystal light. It works wonders for Cee.

It's the most effective creatine I've used and I've tried all forms and several brands. Like I said try it for a month you'd be surprised.

I WOULD be surprised, since lab test after lab tests have found consistently that there is NO actual creatine in this product.

Even biopsies on muscle tissue have found ZERO additional creatine content aftrer using "creatine serum."

You may not know this, but "creatine serum" is considered among the worst supplement scams of all time.

Lab tests have found less creatine in the entire actual BOTTLE than in the claimed amount per serving. Creatine transforms to the waste product creatinine in liquid within an hour or so.

MMUSA are being investigated by the FDA for failing label claims, by the way.

"An analysis of various creatine products showed that a popular liquid creatine product had less than 2% of the creatine the label claimed."

These pages are online merchants who don't carry liquid creatine, writing their reviews.

We can banter and debate all day long on this subject. Liquid works for me very well.

It is supposed to be kept refrigerated, was it kept refridgerated in the study?

Have you ever tried it for yourself or do you believe whatever an "unbiased" study says?

Everyone I've turned onto the liquid form is still using it.
And I can see it in my gains.
It works, period.

MM USA should patent dat dere liquid creatine they'd make a killin'. I wonder why noone else sells da liquid creatine 'cause it's da bomb...;)
