Taste it. If it's sour as hell, it's probably good stuff.
CEE, by itself didn't work too well for me, but CreEthyl Thunder did. After asking some questions I found out that another ingredient in Thunder (glycerol monosterate) helps in the uptake of the creatine making it more effective. Custom Nutrition Warehouse sells bulk GMS if you find the straight CEE (at 2-3g) doesn't give the results you're looking for. It's really cheap. Just dose it at an equivalent amount at the same time as taking the CEE.
