hello,
i have used in the past creapure, creamono, and kre-alkalyn and all these products are working way better with a "transporter" like carbohydrates..... and you MUST use these powders on an empty stomach.

now i will use some CEE caps, i know from this forum that i can use a lighter dosage when im using CEE, i will use 2*3gr. per day.
Cee needs no transporter because of the added ester !?

BUT my question, can i take my cee caps with some food or after a meal ?

sorry if this is dump but where i`m living there is only kre-alkalyn and creapure in the stores.... so i dont have much info...

Correct. Nothing is needed due to the attached ester.

In my opinion (as well as the manufacturer's), it would probably be a better idea to hold off on the food until after exercise, as a full stomach may diminish desired results.

Whenever I take supplements, I usually eat a yogurt prior to administration, to coat the lining of the stomach, thereby eliminating any discomfort.

a full stomach may diminish desired results.

so with CEE this is the same thing as with regular monohydrate ?!
Because the reason you tooked monohydrate on an empty stomach and with carbs was the absorption thing.

And i thought with the added Ester that CEE has, it would make no difference if im using it on an empty or on an full stomach !?

If your stomach is full, the amount of the desired compound being absorbed into the bloodstream will not change, but the amount of time it takes to to be absorbed, will.

okay so the problem with mono was that it was going to creatinin in this long time. and with cee only the absorption time will get longer ?

so at the morning and on non-training days i can take my cee with full stomach? because in my opinion there is no need that it should come very quick in my muscles.
and after the training i will take it on an empty stomach, thats logical.

have you made this like i said, or anybody else who is using his cee on an "full" stomach and has the right results ?

because there are no studys about cee...
