FINAL DAY/Day 27 - Monday: Chest/Light Triceps

Just want to say it's been a great ride and thanks to appnut for the opportunity.

Took my usual 2 scoops. I was very well rested and the surge of energy was pronounced. I could not start off with flat bench as these were in use. Went for the Hammer Strength Wide Chest instead

Wide Chest - 12x185, 12x235, 10x235, 6x275. Whoa! Although I never start with wide chest, I have never pushed this kind of weight on it either so I am feeling great at this point.

Incline(Hammer Strength) - 12x150, 10x170, 8x190 - Very strong

Decline(Hammer Strength) - 12x180, 10x200, 8x220 - decent, but not great. Can feel this one in my core a little more and I think it makes me hold back.

Flat bench - 185x5, 185x5 - I am feeling the heavy weight early one. Stopped at that. Just did it because my friends rotated to that station.

Wide grip flys - 12x120, 12x135, 12x150, 12x165 - same as last week

Triceps:

Rope: 12x90, 12x100, 12x110

Reverse Pulldowns(palms up): 12x70, 12x80, 12x90

Overhead extensions(rope): 12x60, 12x70, 10x80


Different routine, but felt great. Know it was a good one because of the exquisite soreness that night and next morning. Had a good pump and sustained vascularity throughout the day.
 
Final Review:

Taste: 9/10 This stuff tastes great. The key is to use water to taste. I did two scoops with 16 ounces of water. I sometimes noticed an off odor while mixing, most likely from one of the actives, but did not come through once it hit the palette. Just a smooth cherry flavor, with a touch of lime.

Energy: 9/10 Nice clean energy. It's not a stimmed out feeling, which I like. The actual energy increase is more like a 7 but the fact that it is so clean and allows me to go to my job after and function without crashing or having my brain in a fog elevates it for me. I elevated it by one point from my initial review because (a) I never felt like toward the end I needed to consider a third scoop because of tolerance, and (b) it's the most crash-free, non-cracked out stim I have tried to date. I think some PEA might make it a 10 but that's just me.

Focus: 10/10 See above. I get up at 5:30 and go to the gym, then go to work. My focus is great at the gym and when I get to work. It continues thoughout the day. It's a thinking-man's focus rather than an anxious one like I get from some high-stim 1,3 products.

Pump: 8/10 I actually think my pump was better when I skipped creatine. Would love some some feedback on that. Perhaps it's why it's not in there?

Vascularity: 8/10 I noticed sustained vascularity throughout the day which I don't normally see.

GI Issues: 10/10 PERFECT FREAKING 10! I was worried about the betaine as I ususally have issues with it. Perhaps since it's on a completeley empty stomach it doesn't have a chance to irritate me. It was my best GI month in years since using pre-workout drinks.

New one:

Libido/Alpha-Male Feeling: 10/10 - Great positive aggressiveness was a welcome side-effect of L.I.T. UP. This is attributable to the use of Sodium d-aspartate for sure. I have to say, having used both forms - sodium d-aspartate works much better for me vs regular DAA. Gladly, I can get L.I.T. UP for damn near the same price as standalone sodium d-aspartate. Throw in the pre-workout aspects and it's a home run.

Value: 10/10 - See above.

Conclusion: This stuff rocks. It will be added to my arsenal effective immediately. I have already recommended it to several people and will continue to do so. Thanks again to appnut for allowing me the opportunity to do my first log. It was a very positive experience for me. I learned a lot about myself and changes I should make to my routines by just seeing it on paper.

Awesome final review - I haven't been on creatine for months and I get ridiculous pumps/hardness/vascularity with LITup, its quite unbelivable actually lol
