CATABOLIC ON KETO-UNDERSTANDING PROTEIN RATIO

This has probably been asked 100x on the forum but after a bit of searching i still couldnt find my answer..

From everything ive been reading about keto, it says keep protein lower than fat...
Im 220lbs...ive been eating 220 grams of protein and keeping my fat around 120-150. The keto calculator tells me to push fats to 200+g and keep protein at 180-185g as well as limit BCAAs

What im worried about is when training hard im breaking down the muscle, if im not getting enough protein for repair or BCAAs, wont my muscles just stay catabolic?

I need some tips from experienced Keto users
