Flat Bench Leg Pull-Ins - 20 Reps
Did 3 sets of this circuit

At work, I helped out with a bag change. If any of you have worked in an industrial environment and have seen a bag house (Filter house) you know what I'mm talking about. 476 bags, lots of bending over, pulling the cages out so the bags can fall, putting the new bags in. Plus there were 2 ladders to climb. One was about 20 ft and the other was close to 40 ft. Climbed up and down those 4 times. Needless to say that today I had a definite full body workout. I'm beat, yet I feel good!!!

Woke up this morning feeling pretty sore everywhere from the bagchange yesterday so I'm gonna take today off and go back to it in the morning and blow up chest and triceps!!!:redeemerwhore:
 
Just had a question for you Cary, i know you are sticking with the 1.5ml 4 times a day, just wondering how far apart are you taking your doses,and how crucial is the timing when running the 17?

I try and stick to the same dosing schedule....
1. Pre-workout or upon waking if I'm not working out
2. Between 10-11am
3. Between 2-3pm
4. Between 6-7pm

Not sure how critical the timing is, maybe an LG rep can chime in on that
 
Wife just informed that our beach vacation will be June 29 - July 5. Plenty of time to get my body in the shape I want it!!!

Would be interesting to find out for sure, I have enough to do a 8 week run @ 4 dose's per day, but I am wondering if it would be better to do a 6 1/2 week run at 6 dose's per day. The reason I asked about the timing is I am up at 6am to go to work, and go train after the kids are in bed at 9pm

half is 2-3hrs with this compound so the more often you can spread doses through out your day the better
 
Mike, my 2nd bottle comes in today. I'm going to continue dosing 1.5mL- 4 times a day but for the 2nd bottle I'm thinking about 3 weeks at 2mL-4 times a day. How does that sound? Or maybe you have a better dosing suggestion for the 2nd bottle...

You'd be better actaully go 5x a day at 1.5ml... because of the short half life you need more often dosing not more per dose...

Alright, hell I may just start doing 5 doses a day today since I have the 2nd bottle on-hand.
 
On a side note, when I got that cool looking chrome can yesterday I opened it up it find my 2nd bottle of PH-17, syringe, and cool blue cap to put on the bottle and insert the syringe to pull the liquid out. However, the cool blue cap will not screw on the bottle right, it goes on crooked-annoying.

Damn I'm feeling good! Feeling bigger and starting to see some cuts and some vascularity starting to show up!! Lovin this stuff!!!!!

Cardio today = working outside in the 70 degree weather. Will write up my 2 week review tomorrow and I will measure my bf when I wake up in the morning.
 
2 week review:
I can tell that this stuff is really starting to kick in. My aggression is the first thing that I've noticed that is on the increase. The 2nd thing I've noticed that is increasing is my libido. I can see a few cuts starting to appear even though the scales have said that I have actually INCREASED my body fat. But my weight has decreased. This morning on the scales I weighed in at 209.2 / 26.0% bf / 26.8 BMI
I am not going to trust the scales completely I will trust the mirror and the amount of weight that I am lifting. So here's to the end of week 2 and the start of week 3 on PH-17!! I will be doing cardio everyday this week while doing just one muscle group. Concentrating on a little less weight and more reps and sets!!!
 
Back day today: Work up a little late this morning, hit the snooze button 1 too many times.

Straight Leg Dead Lift: 135x10 155x8 165x8 175x8 185x8 - Need to pick up some lifting straps, my hands sweat so much that my grip slips, I know I can do more weight just need to fix the grip slipping

Not my best day working out due to getting to the gym a little late but still feel good and actually worked out so I guess that's what counts.
 
For my chest day coming up Wednesday, I'm looking for exercises to help my lower pecs. If you look at the pic I posted earlier you can see what I'm talking about. Any suggestions??

Didn't do cardio this morning but did wear a hoodie for the 1st time, got a good sweat with that. Couldn't see my biceps and how much of a pump I was getting until after my workout but damn, when I took my hoodie off - they looked HUGE!!!!

Decline DB Press: 30x10,10,10 squeezed my pecs at the top (Thanks Ricky, I really felt these in my lower pecs)

Finished up with 10 mins on Elliptical. Wore a hoodie again, I like wearing it to get a good sweat!!

Overall, today was a pretty damn good chest day. I'm feeling stronger and I was excited to break my rep PRs

your gyms leg extension machine goes up too 230?? I wannaa train where you train mine tops out at 200lbs.... Hows the cycle going? Strength gains, muscle gains, fat loss?

Max is 260 on our leg ext. Loving this so far, about to finish the 1st bottle. Dosing 1.5 mL, 5 times a day. Strength is getting back to where it was before I took time off for the holidays, I am noticing some cuts and my pants are getting looser!
 
Here's my week 3 review:Aggression and libido are both way up. Strength is almost back where it was before my holiday break. Energy is constant and sometimes through the roof. I'm about finished with my 1st bottle and I'm REALLY looking forward to the 2nd bottle!!!Will post weight, BF and BMI in the morning.

No idea. Went to kneel down on the bed and toppled over in pain. I can run, squat and leg press no problem, I just cant kneel down, so they are going in there with the scope to clean it up

Weigh-in this morning:209.2 / 25.9% BF / 26.8 BMI. So my weight and BMI stayed the same, BF came down .1% Time to kick things up a notch or 2 this week.
 
I switched into a higher gear this morning, worked out chest and biceps.

These are my half-cycle pics. Normally at 3 weeks I'd only have 1 week left so I'm excited that I have 3 more weeks to run this!!
 
Looking at the 1st pic I took and the pic I took today, to me, it looks like I've lost some of my "love handles".
Does anyone else see that or am I just imagining it?
