Running an ephedra and caffeine stack while cutting. Blood pressure is high at 153 over 93. Have Carditone on hand and figure it is time to pull the trigger? How do you dose it, I assume just start with one pill a day? If I end up up needing two caps a day do I take it all at once or spread it out?

How many doses about or after about how much time after first dose before I should notice it going down?
If I recall correctly it’s pretty immediate. I remember @Hyde mentioning to remember not to take cialis on the same day as carditone bc it could drop too much

And some guys get a little bit stuffy nose too. And some drop a lot more bp than others. It’s a pretty individual response product apparently.

If BP is as high as 153/95, that has to be addressed. Take a pill a day (I do before bed so I don’t notice the stuffiness but any time works) and take your bp every couple mornings at least. It will kinda build up over a week. You can add another half tab at the opposite part of the day or even 2 full tabs per day divided.

Between Caber, some LISS, grape seed, pine bark, Nattokinase, Curcumin, garlic extract, I only need 1/2 tab of Carditone per night to keep me 120s/70 right now on 500mg Dienelone, replacement dose of test and a bit of SARMs.

If Carditone doesn’t work some guys get strong results from solid doses of Arjuna. The new Kings Shield or Gaurd or whatever from OL has a lot in it. And of course script meds, but I would just ditch the stims if you can’t control it ASAP. Not worth your health.

Thanks Hyde and Merry Christmas! I took one pill last night and blood pressure this morning was already down to 133 over 85 and that after one dose! Going to continue on one pill a day like you suggest and hope it goes down slightly further before preceding further. I actually purchased this for my next run that will include Superdrol, but glad I had it on hand cause need it off cycle with Caffeine/Ephedrine stack.

Maybe you tried the wrong Cardione. When I was on Amazon there were 2 Carditones by different companies. Did you try the one by Ayush Herbs? That is the good one.

I think most everything useful I know/use is stuff Dante Trudel posted on his IG helping guys get healthier. Or some stuff Alex Kikel has talked about on Beast Fitness Radio that I gave a whirl.
So I took another measurement this afternoon using the right wrist like I did before and this time I got a reading of 170 over 97!! So I freaked out and researched “how to use” for my Omron wrist blood pressure monitor and it said to use the left hand. When I did that I took two readings. The first was 122 over 81 which made me feel a lot better and the 2nd was 136 over 85. Is the left arm the appropriate one and could the readings be So vastly different between the two arms? I guess since 136 over 85 is slightly high I should remain on the Carditone.

130s over 80s yes definitely try to lower that.

I always use left hand with tube aligned with pinky on my home reader. It’s color coded and everything to ensure you have it oriented correctly. The fit and placing matters. Also make sure no legs crossed or anything that would increase pressure in the body temporarily with your posture.

Sounds like you got one I need that ensures you do it correctly! Probably what I need. What brand and model?

I would recommend to get off everything and figure out why your blood pressure is so high, high dose stimulants is not good for the bp, be careful.

It is normal 120 over 80 when not on so it has to be the Ephedrine. If it doesn’t stay in a reasonable range with supplements definition will hop off. Not worth a stroke to lose a couple pounds of fat.

It’s a Life Source I got on Amazon. With an extra large cuff it was like $90-140 as I recall. Make sure you get the right cuff size.

Read lots of reviews and remember there’s a lot of stupid people leaving them, so weed out the bullshit and look for useful comments on accuracy, sizing, function.

Agreed, but that probably isn’t the biggest concern with high bp for our demographic. Guys paying attention to their diets, doing some cardio, and with access to things like curcumin & Nattokinase or baby aspirin probably need to be more concerned with kidney health - how long the kidneys can stay healthy is going to at least partially determine how long you can keep blasting, and walking around at 150/90 is definitely going to be chipping away at your GFR.

Is it a wrist cuff type Hyde?
joepaul39 my whole family has had high bp issues and we have used many different bp checking methods and my experience the cuff at bend of arm is best and most accurate. the cuff ones on wrist were the absolute worst unaccurate ones. this is from trial and error taking diff bp machines to dr appointments so dr could check against his equipment

I know they are not accurate, but I am just looking for a ballpark. Forgot to take blood pressure this morning. Tonight it was 139 over 90 so gonna bump up the Carditone dosage to 2 pills.

if you use one that you know is not accurate...and you get 139/90 and think its a ballpark reading...its not. if its not accurate....you could be 125/80...or you could be 155/99...there is no wiggle room for ballpark numbers when dealing with bp. not tryin to be mean just want you to understand you need a reliable bp machine

I would say this is great advice. Unreliable info is worse than no info, because it can lead you to make different decisions.

Say you aren’t monitoring your bp and taking stims. You would tend to be more conservative with dosage if you are worried about it raising bp too much. But a false low reading may actually encourage you to take more stims!

I don’t think it is that inaccurate because it gives me similar readings as at the doctors office. It is Omron brand that is highly rated.

“Omron 7 Series™ Wristhome blood pressure monitor now provides results equal to many of the leading upper arm home monitors, according to the country’s pre-eminent independent consumer organization. Based upon independent testing, the 7 Series™ Wrist received the highest overall rating, as well as top scores for comfort.”

Just ordered an upper arm monitor due for delivery tomorrow. No room to risk inaccuracies with this.
That’s kinda how I feel.

Also remember bp is lower in the morning, rises thru the day generally, and you really want 3 back to back readings a min or so apart to average if you want the truest picture while you are dialing in what you are taking.

Took blood pressure this morning first day after bumping Carditone to 2 a night. Morning reading was 131 over 86. Evening reading was 139 over 89. My arm blood pressure monitor is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Also have an additional blood support supplement with different ingredients and good reviews on Amazon on the way. https://www.amazon.com/Genius-Heart-Cardiovascular-Health-Supplement/dp/B0786QF4ZR/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=genius+brand+cardio&qid=1609129608&sr=8-3
Thanks to my bro @Rad83 for telling me about it! If blood pressure is still high tomorrow will be adding the Genius brand cardio support.

That’s all stuff you should be taking basically year round if you are on TRT. Good ingredients for cardiovascular health. I take that amount of pantethine basically currently, double everything else, except Mk7/K2 which I take 3x that. Don’t hesitate to add that in!

Also consider the bigger dose of Carditone may take a few days to build up, so it could continue to improve from that as well.

My Genius brand blood pressure supplement came yesterday. Added it and this morning blood pressure with the wrist cuff is down to 128 over 78. Also got my arm cuff today so am going to open it up tonight and take a measurement. Guess I will find out how accurate my wrist cuff is.

So yesterday I took a reading in the morning with wrist cuff and it dropped to 119 over 73. Evening new arm blood pressure reader read 112 over 73. Then used wrist cuff right afterward and it read 121 over 80. This morning blood pressure with arm reader 119 over 65 and wrist monitor read over 114 over 65 which tells me my particular wrist monitor is fairly accurate.

I have seen a drastic reduction in blood pressure since adding the Genius brand. I’m taking 2 Carditone too. Do you guys think I should drop one Carditone or keep dosage the same and continue with readings?

Just a difference of opinion here, as I see zero fault in this logic obviously, but I would try to drop half a tab and see what that does over the next week. 25% smaller dose and your bottle goes 40 days instead of 30.

Zazzee Grape Seed Extract is a pretty terrific value per 300mg cap and it has been a great product for me, if interested in adding more of that. And I use NOW for Pine Bark Extract.

It’s good for kidneys/bp, it’s a solid antioxidant, lower ejection fraction rate for the heart. Pycnogenol is what I was originally taking (French maritime pine bark), but turns out regular pine bark extract is just as effective, and a fraction of the cost. You want to run like 200mg/day divided into a couple doses, which is insanely expensive with Pycnogenol but very affordable using NOW or the like.

Gonna go with taking the veteran’s advice and cutting the Carditone dosage by half a pill to save money. Pretty drunk from drinking 2 pitchers of Miller Lite this New Year’s Eve so hopefully I can remember. Side note lost a whole percentage point body fat from my Ephedrine/caffeine stack in only a week. This combo rocks!

So lowered the Carditone by a half pill last night. Blood pressure went down further this morning . With arm measurement 108 over 66. Wrist measurement 120 over 64. This was after taking one Ephedrine with 200 mg caffeine. I may lower the Carditone to just one pill tonight depending on what this evenings readings are. I want to see if eventually I can eliminate the Carditone all together to determine if the Genius brand is the heavy hitter in the stack.
