I stopped, it wrecked my lifting and I'm really only good at sprints.
I'm finding if you're going to commit to lifting, that's all your body can take. Too much stress outside the gym and **** goes south.
I usually do my workouts with cardio following immediately after. Or one early in the morning, and one after work.. or alternate the days.You swim too? Nice!
