Weight Lifted x Reps Completed x 0.0333 + Weight Lifted = Estimated 1RM.
The higher the reps, the more skewed the result. It's fairly accurate with a couple reps though.

Careful with the hands. I've broken all four of my knuckles on my right from fights. I think yet come back stronger though...
