Cardio question

I believe the BCAAs are effective when doing fasted cardio, my body butter is nit that low but is not as high since starting doing it this way. ROFL. Body butter....LOL.
 
I use to bike for 1 1/2 hours a couple times a week, but couldn't keep weight on. Now I do 10 minutes with the jump rope before I workout, and sometimes knock out an 8-min AMRAP at the end of a workout. However, my long distance endurance is horrible now.
