I've got some cardarine and wondering whether there are any benefits with it when bulking? Currently doing a PPL routine and the only supplements I use are creatine and Whey.
It mainly helps endurance and cardio. If you're bulking, you're probably not doing a lot of cardio and you're not going to be lifting and the speed required to get the benefits out of it.
If you feel like your heart is pumping extra hard during your gym days, it'll help alleviate that.
