Carbs: Test E tren A log

fellow bros,

I'll be adding tren acetate to my cycle tomorrow and figured I'd log it up on here as this will be my first go with pinning tren. I've been on test E for about 8 weeks and I'm gonna finish up the remaining 6-8 with the tren. I'll be starting at 100mg eod of tren (300-350 week) while floating around 350-400 test per week. Ready to go with some caber @.5 e5d and adjust accordingly. I'm interested to see how it feels and how I'll react to it. Couple quick stats I'm 5'5 (on a good day lol) 170lbs @about 12%.

Took first 100mg tren yesterday and felt a warm flash immediately after pinning which was interesting. Also dosed caber yesterday and wow that stuff made me feel stoned and idk just really content and relaxed. Nothing really happening yet but I did notice I was sweating a bit extra in the gym today.

Hell yeah. Only suggestion is maybe lower your test dosage. I ran test e at 100-200mg/week when I was on 350mg/week tren ace and it was tons of fun with minimal sides.
 
Thanks for the advice! How did that cycle treat you?

It was fantastic. I actually didn't really gain or lose weight but I completely recompositioned my body. Lower body fat, crazy vascularity, strong as hell even if I was dead tired, libido stayed up, aggression was there but not out of control.
 
That's exactly what I want! Dude you just got me pumped on this cycle haha. What type of diet did you follow if any at all? I'm carb cycling now and have been having good progress so far

I was mostly just eating clean but piling in as many cals as I possibly could. I basically just shot for 4000+ per day and I would eat junk only if I was way under and wanted to pack them in last minute. Even then I still leaned out.

That's not that big of a difference, do you know what your TDEE is? Mine was like 3900 so I struggled to eat in a surplus, probably why I didn't gain weight. I was up 10 pounds at first but I kick started with superdrol so I imagine that's why.
 
Tdee? I'm not familiar with that abbreviation sorry. I just checked my macro sheet it's 1800 low 2500 high those were my older numbers. I have a friend that's a pro competitor that does my diet so hopefully he knows what he's doing lol

Total daily energy expenditure.
I'm sure he does, I kinda did my own so I'm sure I was doing a ton of stuff wrong.
 
You had good results though. Were you doing any cardio during your cycle?

Only 1-2 times a week honestly. Also I added GW-501516 (cardarine) about halfway through to counteract the endurance effects of the tren, and to aid with fat loss
 
Dang not much at all. I have a 30ml bottle left over that I might add in later if those sides set in. If you remember how long did it take for you to start feeling the tren or seeing changes? I I've been on 100eod and have had 3 pins so far and I'm starting to sweat like a pig in my sleep but no change in gym or anything else.

I started feeling it within the first week. I honestly never had an issue with night sweats, but I was drenched in the gym and I would sweat a lot more easily throughout the day. Strength went up quickly too. Veins were popping
 
Ok so update today makes a week that I've been on 100mg eod. I've noticed that I'm leaning out fairly quickly abs and serratus ant. Are coming in quick, but I've not lost any weight on the scale. I've noticed a bit more aggression and some night sweats. No big boosts in strength or anything yet.
 
Day 12
Just short of of two weeks and I'm starting to feel the strength. Was doing arms today and was able to close grip bench 245 for reps and superset with 50lb dumbbell curls that felt cool lol. I've also noticed that I'm way more aggressive and my gf said she noticed it as well (not towards her only others). Can't wait to see what this stuff can really do.

I'm also still leaning out nicely specially in the abs, obliques, and upper chest.

As for sides just the aggression and minor sweats and maybe a bit of hindered cardio but it's hard to tell as I've been getting my ass kicked by my seasonal pollen allergies.
