Carbs in Alcohol...thank God for wine while on low carb diet!

Gin, Rum, Vodka, Whisky (1 fl oz) 0g
Sherry (2 fl oz) 3g

Guinness (1/2 pint) 4g

Sucking down a nice white wine as we speak! :D
 
Alcohol stops fat burning until its ALL cleared from your system. Save it for refeeds.
 
And it lowers testosterone and increases estrogen :D
 
Yep...a whole lot of rec drugs that are a lot better for your body and liver if you choose to partake. And for the occasional glass, stopping fat burning for 1 of twenty four hours (about the time necessary to clear 1 drink) is not too horrible.
 
Probably a dumb question, but if Alchohol slows your metabolism, couldn't that be advantageous right before bedtime to delay evening catabolism?
 
I had thought about that before...like when I would go out partyin with the friends thinking that since you wouldn't be eating anything for hours it might help slightly (just having a few). But I think thats really overthinking the situation. IT does reduce quality sleep, lowers test levels, and screws with the liver. If you want to have fun...be responsible and find a few other rec drugs that are better...hint hint.

Dieting in general isn't healthy but your doing it! ;)

Does that mean that we don't need to add 4ad to our 1-test, if we drink a glass of red wine (which is better than white) a day ? LOL

Now wonder, I'm more bloated on my t1-pro ;).
